The strong notoriety of XIAOMI has repercussions on financial performance!

The Chinese brand has been featured in the web notoriety rankings of Allbrands.markets since February. Since strong growth in sales in the 2nd quarter, XIAOMI has become the world No. 2 in Smartphones, just behind SAMSUNG and ahead of APPLE ...

According to business analyst Canalys, XIAOMI increased its smartphone shipments by more than 80% in the second quarter. While the market as a whole is growing by 12%, XIAOMI is exploding and taking second place in the world at APPLE for the first time in its history.

We had identified the strong growth in brand popularity in our Top 300 rankings for Q1 and Q2. The impact on sales was quick, even offsetting prices that were 50% lower than APPLE and SAMSUNG.

XIAOMI now holds 17% of the global market and the stock analysts' recommendation is still good to ACCUMULATE even though the stock is already up + 67% for a year at the close of July 26, 2021.

All that remains is for XIAOMI to move upmarket and thus further strengthen the brand's notoriety. This will increase margins and take market share from Chinese challengers Oppo and Vivo, 4th and 5th respectively in the world (not listed on the stock exchange to date).
